DAN.CIN.LAB développe depuis 2009 des projets croisant Danse et Cinéma autour de sujets de société, porteurs d’une démarche inclusive transversale intégrant personnes ordinaires, dites valides ou non-diagnostiquées, et personnes en situation de handicap ou de fragilité.
Le projet EviDanse est le fruit d’une collaboration de longue date entre DAN.CIN.LAB et Prisme 21 Loire.
La première rencontre s’est faite en 2012 dans le cadre du Flashmob «Solidanse » organisé en partenariat avec le Comité Consultatif des Jeunes de Saint-Etienne dans le cadre de la semaine Ville en Partage.
À partir de 2013, plusieurs groupes d’adhérents de Prisme 21 Loire ont participé aux flashmobs organisés par DAN.CIN.LAB dans le cadre de son Festival Danse & Cinéma et ont intégré différents projets participatifs inclusifs menés en parallèle du Festival.
L’envie d’aller plus loin et de co-construire un projet Danse & Cinéma ensemble s’est posée comme une évidence.
Suite à une réflexion commune, différents enjeux ont été identifiés pour ce projet :
- faire collaborer deux territoires qui ont dû mal à dialoguer en créant la rencontre entre des adhérents de Prisme 21 Loire de Saint-Etienne et de Roanne.
- investir des familles désireuses de partager les problématiques provoquées par la question du handicap et de l’inclusion dans leur intimité – la relation parents/enfants, le couple, la fratrie – mais aussi dans leurs rapports à leur environnement et au monde en général.
Les familles volontaires, soit 34 personnes (15 parents et 19 enfants) ont choisit de réaliser un court-métrage dansé, pensé et écrit par chacun des participants avec une dynamique allant du cercle familial jusqu’à son territoire élargi, pour une création finalement partagée entre les deux territoires ligériens.
Le film EVIDANSE sera présenté en novembre 2020 dans le cadre de la Journée Nationale de la Trisomie en présence des participants.
Since 2009, DAN.CIN.LAB has been developing projects combining Dance and Cinema around social issues, with a cross-cutting inclusive approach integrating ordinary people, both able-bodied and undiagnosed, and people in situations of disability or fragility.
The EVIDANCE project is the fruit of a longstanding collaboration between DAN.CIN.LAB and Prisme 21 Loire.
The first meeting took place in 2012 as part of the SOLIDANCE Flashmob organised in partnership with the Saint-Etienne Youth Advisory Committee as part of the « City to Share » week.
From 2013, several groups of Prisme 21 Loire members took part in the flashmobs organized by DAN.CIN.LAB within the framework of its Dance & Cinema Festival and integrated different inclusive participatory projects carried out in parallel to the Festival.
The desire to go further and co-construct a Dance & Cinema project together was obvious.
Following a common reflection, different stakes were identified for this project:
- Make two territories that have had difficulty in dialogue collaborate by creating a meeting between members of Prisme 21 Loire from Saint-Etienne and Roanne.
- Involve families willing to share the problems caused by the issue of disability and inclusion in their intimacy – the relationship between parents and children, the couple, siblings – but also in their relationship with their environment and the world in general.
The volunteer families – 34 people (15 parents and 19 children) – chose to make a short dance film, thought and written by each of the participants with a dynamic that goes from the family circle to their own extended territory, for a creation finally shared between their two cities of Loire.
The EVIDANCE film will be presented to public audiences in November 2020 as part of the National Down’s Syndrom Day in the presence of the participants.
